Job Purpose:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled contractor to support the Personal Care Regulatory Affairs team. The primary responsibility is to review and validate chemical information by scanning Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and ensuring alignment with the National Chemicals Inventory (NCI) and other relevant documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and extract key data from MSDS of chemicals used in Personal Care (PC) products.
• Cross-check and validate chemical information against the National Chemicals Inventory (NCI).
• Examine and compare relevant internal and external documents to ensure
• consistency and alignment with MSDS data.
• Identify and document discrepancies or missing information across sources.
• Collaborate with internal teams to clarify or obtain additional chemical data as
• needed.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of reviewed chemicals and their NCI
•  
• Support the Regulatory Affairs team in compiling reports and summaries related to chemical compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Chemistry, Chemical Technology, Food Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with MSDS documentation
• Experience working with chemical databases or inventory systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
