I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Category Management

Monitor and analyze the category performance in number of assortments, new products, sales, profit then develop and implement action plans to grow the category based on strategy.

R&D new product of beverage, food categories.

Conduct frequent market research/report for new products and pricing…. to ensure range selection meet customer needs.

Define strategy and action plans to meet sales and profit.

Promotion

Create and execute promotion plans, plan monthly promotions/events.

Deal with supplier for the best promotion supports based on campaigns.

Make sure sufficient stocks and proper POSM during promotion time.

Supplier Management

Supervise dedicated team members to source more suppliers and new products following company’s strategy on category growth and company’s policy.

Negotiate with suppliers on the trading terms.

Work daily with suppliers in terms of stock/pricing/promotion/branding.

II. WHAT DO YOU NEED?

Food technology major or related fields.

Minimum 1 year working experience in F&B or retail merchandising.

Well knowledge on merchandising and relationship in supply chain.

Quick learning, willing to take up challenges.

Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.

Able to work independently, possess a high level of responsibility and commitment.

Good command of English and computer skills. (priority)
