1 . Purpose of Internship Intern student can learn practically about agriculture, seed production. This activity is to keep good connection with University and talent pool where we can recruit potential technician
2 . Goals & Expected Outcomes Goal 1: Understand cultivation procedure for cucurbit and solanaceous plants in real life Goal 2: Understand organizational culture, teamwork in corporate company Goal 3: Understand trouble shooting steps
3 . Tasks & Responsibilities
• Learn and practice steps from field preparation, sowing, transplanting, plant care, pollination, harvest and field cleaning. Nutrition program (basic program) how to start?
• Nutrition program (basic program) how to start
• Pest control program (basic program) how to start
4 . Required Skills & Qualifications
• Agronomy, Biology, Biotechnology background
• Had several projects at school related to teamwork
• Good communication skill
5 . Work Arrangement Work Location (Office / Field / Hybrid): Cu Chi (Ho Chi Minh) Working Hours: 8 hours/day, at least 3 days/week. Fix day (Field 80%, Office 20%) Access or Equipment Needed (laptop, systems, etc.): Company laptop to do necessary report, return laptop at end of each working day. Intern can bring personal laptop and mobile but can not record confidential information. Any relevant pictures, and records will be provided by technicians with notice to RD Operation manager.

2 . Purpose of Internship A survey of plant diseases in pumpkin, bitter gourd and hot peppers.
3 . Goals & Expected Outcomes Goal 1: Diseases information in CC station Goal 2: Target pathogen will be used in implementation projects Goal 3: Pathology technique
4 . Tasks & Responsibilities
• Identify causes of plant diseases: biotic and abiotic
• Diagnostic techniques for fungi, bacteria, and viruses
• Isolation of fungi and bacteria
• Pathogenicity test
5 . Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2 Months work in an International work environment
• Enthusiastic Motivated
• Like to work with plants (Tissue culture, green house and field)
• Not afraid to work indepent and to learn by asking questions
• Gain knowledge at breeding, Lab pathology and Operation 6. Work Arrangement Work Location (Office / Field / Hybrid): 2 – 4 days/week Working Hours: 7.30am to 4.15pm

2 . Purpose of Internship Implement Embryo Rescue Protocol for Mochata pumpkin
3 . Goals & Expected Outcomes Implement Embryo rescue protocol in our facilities
4 . Tasks & Responsibilities
• From young unmature seed
• Generate seedling
• Transplant to the field
5 . Required Skills & Qualifications
• 6 Months work in an International work environment
• Enthusiastic Motivated
• Like to work with plants (Tissue culture, green house and field)
• Implement Embryo rescue protocol in our facilities

IV .Proposed Internship Title / Role: Seed Market Development
1 .Preferred Start Date: 1 st June Preferred End Date: 30th November Full-time / Part-time: Fulltime (5 days/week)
2 . Purpose of Internship
• This position is to achieve sustainable and profitable sales growth of HMC in assigned territory
3 . Goals & Expected Outcomes
• Understand clearly work procedures and needed tools, skills, knowledge, and attitude to do it well.
• Keeping professional relationship with distributors, retailers, middlemen, nurseries… to push sales and collect market data (market trend, market size of variety, competitor, season)
4 . Tasks & Responsibilities
• Participate to documentize work procedures, tools, skills, knowledge, and attitude needed and competency scale to evaluate performance.
• Survey market share of current varieties.
• Gain knowledge of market trend and LVS potential products.
• Together with Tech Sup, Sales Sup plan, carry out, manage, evaluate trials of new varieties.
5 . Required Skills & Qualifications
