Abstract Submission Guide SLSB 2026

To ensure a smooth submission process, authors are encouraged to prepare all required information before submitting their abstracts through the SLSB 2026 Online Submission System.

Step 1. Prepare Your Abstract and Author Information

Before accessing the submission system, please prepare the following:

• Abstract Title: The title should be concise, informative, and accurately reflect the content of the study. Avoid unnecessary abbreviations and writing the title entirely in capital letters.
• Abstract: Write your abstract in English (250–300 words) following the standard structure: Background Objective Materials and Methods Results Conclusion Authors are encouraged to prepare and format the abstract in Microsoft Word before copying it into the online submission system.
• Keywords: Provide 3–5 relevant keywords that best describe your research.
• Author Information: Enter the full names of all authors in the correct order, together with their institutional affiliations and a valid email address for the corresponding author.

At least one author must register for the conference and attend in person to present the accepted work.

Step 2. Select a Conference Theme

Please select the conference track that best matches your research topic:

• Biomedical Science
• Green Science
• Sustainability
• Bioinformatics & Artificial Intelligence

Step 3. Choose Your Presentation Type

Authors may indicate their preferred presentation format:

• Oral Presentation (15-minute presentation followed by Q&A)
• Poster Presentation

The Scientific Committee may recommend changing the presentation type (Oral or Poster) based on the peer-review results and conference program arrangement.

Step 4. Save Draft and Submit

• Click Save Draft to save your progress and continue editing later.
• Click Submit only after carefully reviewing all submitted information.

Please note: Once an abstract has been submitted, it cannot be edited or modified.

Step 5. Review Outcome

All submitted abstracts will undergo peer review. Authors will receive one of the following decisions:

• Accept
• Reject
• Accept with Presentation Type Change (Oral ↔ Poster)

Notification of the review results will be sent to the corresponding author via email according to the conference schedule.
