Undergraduate Medical Science Course in Tsukuba (aka: SAKURA program)

We’d like to inform you about the Undergraduate Medical Science Course in Tsukuba (aka SAKURA program)

The course will be held from February 16 to 22, 2020.  The program will be sponsored by Japan Science and Technology Agency, as a part of SAKURA Exchange Program in Science.

As previous years, we would like to invite two highly qualified students (preferably 2nd-year undergraduate students) who are interested in pursuing graduate studies in Biomedical Sciences to Tsukuba to attend this course. Please note that students who have traveled to Japan for similar educational purposes do not qualify to receive a scholarship to attend this course.

In line with our regulations, we will make the following financial arrangements:
- Provide your accommodation during your stay in Tsukuba
- Provide a round-trip air ticket for travel to the University of Tsukuba

Requirements: To be eligible, students must:

- Complete application form (attached form)

- A copy of the passport (if applicable)

- Academic transcript
