What is EGP?
The Engineering Graduate Program (EGP) is an 18-month program designed for prospective engineers who desire to develop their career with Siemens Healthineers (Fresh graduated candidates / candidates with less than 1 year working experience). With three rotations of 6 months each, the EGP will provide you opportunities that take you beyond engineering. You will be given the
chance to take on business and engineering challenges, project assignments and an assignment abroad in one of our ASEAN countries. The EGP program will commence on 20 March 2017 covering:
• On the job experience
• Off the job training
• Personal mentor
• One assignment abroad
How are you qualified for this post?
• Possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Biomedical Engineering or Medical /Pharmacy Engineering, with at least Good degree Classification (minimum 2nd Class Upper or magna cum laude).
• Be independent, resourceful, and able to work with stakeholders from a diverse culture and background.
• Be an excellent communicator who is able to articulate ideas and resolve engineering issues.
• Be fluent in English language and preferably one other ASEAN-Pacific language to communicate with our ASEAN Pacific counterparts.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• No prior experience is required for this opportunity.
