OPPORTUNITY FOR STUDENTS TO STUDY IN KOREA

Prof. Seung Cheol Ahn, Department of Physiology, College of Medicine, Dankook University, Korea. He is looking for one student(MS course) who wants to study in Korea as a graduate student. His major is developmental neuroscience, especially hearing development. He is investigating the development of auditory cortical circuits in congenital deaf mice. Anyone, who is interested in neuroscience, is welcome.

Dankook University, located in the middle of Korea, officially supports the foreign graduate student with tuition and dormitory fee (50% reduction of tuition fee and 1 year support for the dormitory). From the research fund, he will provide the student with monthly salary (approximately $1300/month).

The application process for the entrance of Dankook University graduate school has already finished, but there will be the second application opportunity in coming July. He hope this letter is helpful for some students searching for a graduate student opportunity abroad.

An applicant has to get more than 550 points in TOEFL, or CBT210, or IBT80, IELTS 55, or TEPS 550, or TOPIK(Korean language test) level 4 . 
If a foreign student come who is not fluent in Korean, student have to have a Korean class (obligatory).
