BioTuring is seeking candidates for Online Customer Support positions, who will stand at the front line to assist BioTuring’s Customers on their experience with BioTuring’s Bioinformatics solutions and ensure customer overall satisfaction.
 

Desired Skills And Background
● Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
● Being organized
● Excellent knowledge in Molecular Biology
● Hard-working and eager to learn or be trained in Bioinformatics.
 

Key Responsibilities

● Be the principal contact point for Customers. Ensure timely responses to Customer
feedback and inquiries
● Represent Customer requests to internal teams. Supervise implementations of requests
and update to Customers frequently on how their requests are being handled
● Ensure that Customers get sufficient notifications of the latest updates and upgrades of
BioTuring’s bioinformatics products.
● Provide training for customers
● Maintain Customer overall satisfaction
