BACKGROUND
The USAID/Vietnam Higher Education Development Support (HEDS) Project is a five-year initiative (September 2023- August 2028) to support the leadership of the Ministry of Higher Education and Training (MOET) in creating an updated enabling environment so that Vietnamese higher education can flourish. HEDS also supports MOET in creating a roadmap for digital transformation of the sector and provide partnerships for select Vietnamese universities to internationalize key science and technology-related programs. This will help Vietnam develop the human resources to realize its ambitious socioeconomic development goals.
OBJECTIVES
The objective of this assignment is:
SPECIFIC TASKS AND DELIVERABLES
Task 1 Review and provide feedback for improvement of the template for the standardized report created by the team leader
Task 2 Using the template produce a first draft of the standardized report for each university based on the university’s current report
Task 3 Finalize the standardized reports based on the feedback/comments of the team leader ensuring, that they provide relevant background information on each university in a consistent and concise format.

The expected timeframe for the work to be carried out is from October 28 to December 20, 2024.
