BioTuring is seeking 3 candidates for Scientific Support Specialist positions, who will support, call, present, and empower BioTuring’s Customers on their experience with BioTuring’s bioinformatics software and ensure customer overall satisfaction. Our customers are mainly research scientists in R&D of global pharmaceutical companies and institutions.

Desired Skills And Background

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

Excellent knowledge in the Biological fields: Molecular Biology, Immunology, Oncology. Understanding about single-cell sequencing technologies is an advantage.

Hard-working and eager to learn biology and bioinformatics

Attention to detail and time management skills

Being organized

Key Responsibilities

Provide ONLINE training for customers

Maintain frontier knowledge in modern biological research (especially in single-cell technologies and immunology) to empower customers (who mainly are research scientists in top pharmaceutical companies and institutions) in their research.

Maintain customer overall satisfaction

Represent customer requests to internal teams. Supervise implementations of requests and update to Customers frequently on how their requests are being handled

Ensure that customers get sufficient notifications of the latest updates and upgrades of BioTuring’s bioinformatics products.

Be the principal contact point for Customers. Ensure timely responses to Customer feedback and inquiries
